Shipping inside Germany
Shipping within Germany costs you €5,95 per order. The shipping time is 3 to 4 business days. For island delivery please add 2 business days and consider extra costs of 15,00 €.
Please make sure that your name is on the front door.
If you are unable to accept the package personally, you can, for example, give your neighbor a power of attorney (in writing), in which you explain to the letter carrier that he may also deliver the package there. In addition, you should leave a notice on your doorbell or door that the letter carrier should contact the neighbor. However, there is no guarantee of delivery in this case.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee timely delivery for DPD. Feel free to contact us in case of delivery problems.
We do not ship to packing stations.

The delivery time is extended by 4 business days at the indicated times for shipping within Germany.
The shipping time varies depending on the recipient country.
In the case of international shipping, the parcel is handed over by DPD to the national shipping company of the recipient country. From the handover, the status is tracked by default via the international identifier "UMU". This is usually indicated by DPD in the shipment tracking in the first line. With the UMU shipments can be tracked at the own sender.
